Brad Henson, a Seattle madrona native, grew up with a penchant for craftsman homes based on his own experience growing up in one.
after quitting his job in tech, he realized his passion was real estate: specifically reimagining craftsman homes and bringing new life and preserving the character of old seattle neighbhoods.
in his first year alone, he undertook 6 different remodel projects. his most recent works include
2929 Mayfair Ave, in Queen Anne, sold to a prominent seattle seahawks baseball player.
his other recent projects include 2512 nobhill Ave, 516 N 62nd St, 603 24th Ave, all focused in the core seattle neighbhorhoods of capHill, Queen Anne, Fremont in the areas Brad grew up in and loves.
When he is not focused on his work, Brad spends time with his wife and daughter, frequenting the arboretum, and exploring new restaurants in CapHill, Downtown, Queen Anne, Ballard and Fremont. Brad is an avid off country skiier and you can often find him on the slopes in nearby washington mountains.

Akasha was roped in early on to handle the complexity of such a large scale project and manage the 4 different permits needed for this site.
akasha lives on a small farm with her husband Kyle and son Jaxon. in her free time, she loves gardening with lots of raspberries and her many pets.
